Textbausteine und Vorlagen einfach im Notes Client nutzen – Tool gesucht und Tool gefunden

Mit Tastenkombination, Autotextkürzel oder einem Menü, vordefinierte Textbausteine in ihre Mail einfügen.

Meine Anforderungen an eine Lösung waren:

    • Schlankes und Ressourcen freundliches Tool
    • Sicherheit
    • Plattformübergreifend (Windows und Android)
    • Aktueller Releasestand und Weiterentwicklung
    • Portabel, Schnittstelle offen
    • Einfache und schnelle Bedienung -> ein Klick
    • Formatierung und Grafiken
    • Kategorisierung der Textbausteine
    • Kein Lizenz Mietmodell ohne Weiterentwicklung
    • Stabilität und Verlässlichkeit

Textbausteinverwaltung Deluxe (Freeware)

positiv: ( betrachtet wird nur die Nutzung im Notes Client)

  • Ich kann Textbausteine bzw. meine Vorlagen etc. formatieren und Grafiken einbinden. Die Grafiken lassen sich dann innerhalb des Tool Editors weiter anpassen.
  • Das Tool ist bzgl. der Ressourcen wie RAM genügsam. 20 MB Festplattenplatz werden benötigt
  • Es läuft sehr stabil.
  • einfaches Backup der Textbausteindatenbank
  • Unterstützt wird Microsoft Windows (32- oder 64-Bit) XP / Vista / Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10.
  • Benutzung von Variablen, wie zum Beispiel Datum und Uhrzeit ist möglich (funktioniert auch mit dem Notes Client)
  • Das Beste und für mich entscheidend: die cockpit (Menü) Funktion –> damit arbeitet es sich wirklich sehr schnell.
  • Verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Einfügen: Autotext, Tastenkombination und Menüaufruf

  • Ich kann konfigurieren in welchen Anwendungen mir das Cockpit (Menü) bzw. die Autotextkürzel zur Verfügung stehen.

  • Übersichtliche Darstellung der Textbausteine in einer Baumstruktur. Vergabe von Icons an den Knoten möglich

negativ:

  • Dateianhänge in die Textbausteine einbinden funktioniert nicht mit dem Notes Client.
  • Das Tool gibt es bisher bisher nur auf deutsch.

nicht wirklich negativ:

Textbausteinverwaltung Deluxe ist eine Einzelplatzlösung. Für den professionellen Einsatz im Netzwerk inkl. Mehrplatzunterstützung benötigen man eine kostenpflichtige Mehrplatzlizenz der Volltextdatenbank MemoMaster. Durch die gemeinsame Datenbank-Engine unterstützt MemoMaster sämtliche Funktionen der Textbausteinverwaltung inkl. vollem Mehrplatzsupport.

Fazit:

Ein sehr feines Tool!

Colorful Statements – Out-of-the-box-Function 

This Feature has to work out of the box, without any installation – ( no Third-Party Product, no install)
Die Funktion ist in den Client integriert und benötigt keine Installation.

Step 01 – Color:

Preferences\Fonts,Colors and Themes -> Select: Theme: IBM Theme
To choose a new color theme, click the color box next to Choose your theme and select a color.

Customize colors for specific parts of the interface

Use the notes.ini setting:

CUSTOM_THEME_COLOR=<R>,<G>,<B> (RGB)
Exampel: CUSTOM_THEME_COLOR=246,135,27

Step 02 – Background:

Change the background image, from any workspace page, right-click, select Background, and then select one of these options:
Mit einem Rechts-Klick auf den Workspace kann der Hintergrund des Notes Clients einfach angepasst werden.

None – to remove the image and use the workspace tab color as the background color.

Default – to use the default background image.

Choose – to use your own background image by selecting an image file from your computer.

the Image ($WorkspaceImage) is stored in the bookmark.nsf

You are old school? – Use the notes.ini setting:
Du bist old school? Dann kannst auf das alte Design des Notes Client wechseln.
